Roles and Responsibilities Engage a team of around 60-100 employees and be responsible for their wellbeing at work. Effective stakeholder management. Attain clear understanding of company/ industry policies and provide guidance to employees. Analyze trends and metrics, provide Insights for Business, Driving Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievancesWork closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionMonitor and report on workforce and succession planningOwn timely execution of all the initiatives an HRBP owns and ensure its delivered on time with quality .Identify problem areas and comeup with new ways of working to resolve Control attrition as per company standardSuggest new HR strategiesHave excellent communication skillsConduct engaging events to keep employees motivated and promote fun at work Engage new members effectively; reduce infant attrition as per company standard
