Requisition Description
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with good experience in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server and Exchange server administration in a hybrid environment and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve product and escalated issues. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven experience in managing a service and support-focused team culture.
Roles and Responsibilities Microsoft Exchange Server Administration: Proactively manage Microsoft Exchange servers in a hybrid setup (on-premises and online) User Identity Management: Administer user identities and access in an enterprise domain using Azure Active Directory and Windows Active Directory domains.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Perform troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner Documentation: Maintain and update technical support and procedure documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance for streamlined operations and information sharing .Administration using PowerShell: Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in system administration tasks.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other IT team members, contributing to a supportive and service-oriented team culture
