Requisition Description
Effective stakeholder management.Attain clear understanding of company/ industry policies and provide guidance to employees.Analyze trends and metrics, provide Insights for Business.Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Own timely execution of all the initiatives an HRBP owns and ensure its delivered with quality.Identify problem areas and come up with new ways of working to resolve the situations.Take proactive steps or measures on identification of disengaged employees and control attrition as per company standard.Take initiative to implement relevant HR strategies and participate in process modification if needed.Conduct Employee Engagement events to keep employees motivated Reduce infant attrition as per company standard.Be thorough with policies & procedures.
