Seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional with 5+ years of expertise in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer interaction.Strong hands-on experience in BI tools like Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions.Proven ability to manage end-to-end BI projects from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.Experience working directly with customers, understanding business needs, and translating requirements into scalable analytics solutions.Expertise in dashboard development, KPI reporting, data modeling, and data visualization best practices.Strong knowledge of BI Service administration, governance, workspaces, gateways, and security implementation.Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and working with multiple enterprise data sources.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams in Agile environments.Experience supporting UAT, release management, stakeholder communication, and delivery planning.
Roles and Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.Drive end-to-end project execution, including estimation, planning, implementation, deployment, and support.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using BI and AWS QuickSight.Implement data governance, RLS, workspace management, and access controls in BI.Develop and support data integration, ETL workflows, and enterprise reporting solutions across multiple data sources.Conduct solution demonstrations, support UAT activities, and ensure successful user adoption.Monitor project risks, communicate status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
