Java Technical Lead with 910 years of experience to lead the design and development of a reusable, scalable, and high-performance Java-based software solution.The candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction, defining architecture, driving implementation, and ensuring the solution meets requirements related to scalability, performance, reliability, concurrency, and maintainability.
Roles and Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and reusable Java components and backend services.Define technical solutions that are scalable, extensible, maintainable, and reliable.Design efficient algorithms, data structures, and concurrent/thread-safe components.Drive performance optimization across CPU, memory, I/O, latency, and scalability.Lead technical discussions and prepare high-level and low-level design documents.Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.Break down requirements into technical tasks, provide estimates, implementation plans, and technical guidance.Lead troubleshooting of complex production, performance, memory, concurrency, and data-processing issues.Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure quality delivery.
