Requisition Description
An experienced DevOps professional with 812 years of expertise in Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, Git, Docker, Ansible, Shell/Bash, Linux administration, YAML, and Python, who has evolved from hands-on execution into a strategic, architecture-level role. The candidate should have a strong track record of designing DevOps strategy and standards across multiple teams or business units, owning infrastructure and automation architecture end-to-end, and driving organization-wide operational maturity. This role requires proven experience managing multiple DevOps teams or leads, setting technical direction, owning escalations for critical production incidents, and acting as the final technical authority on release, deployment, and infrastructure decisions. The candidate should be comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders (Engineering leadership, Architecture, Product, and Security) to align DevOps strategy with business priorities, while also being hands-on when deep technical intervention is required.
