Requisition Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in developing scalable and resilient backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Quarkus, Microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while following Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
Roles and Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Java and Quarkus Framework.Build and maintain Microservices-based architectures with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.Implement asynchronous communication patterns using RabbitMQ.Participate in software design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.Ensure application quality through unit testing, integration testing, and best coding practices.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Required Skills (Must Have)3-4 years of hands-on experience in software development.Strong proficiency in Java and Quarkus Framework.Experience in designing and developing Microservices.Solid experience with PostgreSQL Database.Experience with messaging systems, specifically RabbitMQ.Good understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.Experience working with Git version control.Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with OpenMetadata (OpenMeta).Knowledge of Keycloak for authentication and authorization.Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
