Requisition Description
8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Strong expertise in Networking Domain (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls). Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing. Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Java/Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, TestNG/JUnit, or similar frameworks(framework design and execution).Strong understanding of defect management and test lifecycle processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Hands-on experience in Python programming for automation. Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Bash, or similar).
Roles and Responsibilities Lead and mentor QA team members across projects.Define test strategies, test plans, automation roadmap, and quality metrics.Collaborate effectively with Development, Product Management, and DevOps teams.Drive test automation adoption and continuous quality improvements.
