Requisition Description
The Professional Services Consultant engages with customers to design and implement Kyvos Semantic Layer solutions that enable governed, self-service analytics across BI and AI platforms. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable semantic models that support multidimensional analysis, SQL, and natural language-based data interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities - Partner with prospects and customers to understand business requirements, analytics use cases, and data landscapes.- Design and implement Kyvos Semantic Layers to enable self-service, multidimensional analytics across enterprise data.- Develop business-friendly semantic models, including dimensions, hierarchies, measures, KPIs, and calculated metrics.- Integrate Kyvos with leading BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools.- Enable AI-driven analytics by designing semantic models optimized for SQL and Natural Language (NL) interactions through Kyvos Dialogs and enterprise AI assistants.- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and business users to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.- Optimize semantic models and queries for performance, scalability, and high-concurrency workloads.- Build interactive reports, dashboards, and analytical visualizations to support business decision-making.- Configure and implement data security, including role-based and row-level security, to ensure governed data access.- Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.- Work across multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation best practices.
