The Travel Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant travel bookings. This role involves liaising with travel vendors, maintaining travel records, and supporting employees with travel-related queries


Roles and Responsibilities Arrange domestic and international VISA Processing, travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all bookings align with company policies.Manage travel requests and approvals in a timely manner.Handle travel insurance, and related documentation.Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel vendors for best rates and services.Monitor travel budgets and optimize cost savings.Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and bookings.Support employees with travel-related issues, cancellations, or changes.Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.Prepare travel reports and MIS for management review.
