Roles and Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse operations. Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely deliveries. Monitor logistics costs, inventory movement, and operational KPIs. Oversee office administration, facility management, housekeeping, security, and asset management. Handle vendor negotiations, AMCs, procurement, and administrative contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Lead and mentor logistics and administration teams. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and operational reviews.
