Requisition Description
We need to initiate hiring for a replacement for Sanchit Agnihotri in the Customization/Integration team. Customization team is understaffed.We are currently left with only two members, out of which one is a fresher and the other has limited experience. This team 's capacity is not sufficient for the current workload.The Customization/Integration function is a high-impact layer that directly supports revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and product extensibility. The workload is expanding with every new prospect and customer engagement.Given the direct impact on customer experience backfilling this position is critical. Delaying this hire will create delivery bottlenecks and increase operational risk.Below is the business justification:1. Customer-Specific Customization RequirementsAlmost every prospect and customer requires tailored customizations. This includes development of scripts, utilities, and solution accelerators aligned to specific implementation needs. The volume and complexity of such requests are steadily increasing.2. High-Priority, Ad Hoc Customer DeliverablesCustomer-driven tasks are typically urgent and time-sensitive. Unlike product teams that operate against structured release cycles, the customization team must respond dynamically and work across multiple components to meet delivery timelines. This frequently involves collaboration with Web Client, Knowledge Management, R&D, and occasionally BI Server teams. The cross-functional dependency requires strong ownership and rapid turnaround capability.3. Support for PS and Documentation TeamsThe Professional Services and Documentation teams rely on automation scripts and utilities to streamline implementation and knowledge delivery. These enable faster onboarding and improve overall execution efficiency.4. API Enhancements and Documentation (Java & REST)There is an ongoing need to enhance Kyvos APIs and maintain robust documentation standards. This area is strategic for integrations and ecosystem expansion.5. Integration Framework Maintenance and EnhancementContinuous improvement and maintenance of the integration framework within the Kyvos web application is essential to ensure scalability and long-term stability.
Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:1.Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand functional and technical requirements.2.Prepare detailed solution proposals and design documents aligned with customer needs.3.Develop and implement required solutions, including shell scripts, Python scripts, Java utilities, and related components.4.Deliver solution demonstrations to customers and support technical discussions.5.Develop and maintain REST and Java API within the web client.6.Maintain and enhance API and utility documentation in coordination with the Documentation team.7.Partner with the Professional Services team to address implementation and automation requirements.8.Enhance and maintain the integration framework within the Kyvos web application.9.Work across multiple product components as required, including SaaS application, Web Client, and KM modules.10.The role demands strong technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to execute with urgency in customer-driven scenarios.
