We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Engineering background and a full-time MBA, and/or has relevant Business Analyst experience.This role will work closely with Product Managers to support problem analysis, solutioning, requirements definition, and product execution, acting as a strong bridge between business, design, and engineering teams.Required QualificationsEngineering graduate with a full-time MBAMBA coursework or specialization in Business Analytics / IT Product Management3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-first mindsetExperience writing clear, structured requirements and user storiesAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA)Strong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience working on B2B software products, platforms, or data-driven productsFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesHands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or equivalent
Roles and Responsibilities Work with Product Managers to analyze business and user problems and help shape practical, scalable product solutionsTranslate requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with Engineering and Design teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, testcase review and executionCreate and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documents in collaboration with UXSupport market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisionsAssist in UAT, release planning, and post-release analysisTrack dependencies, risks, and feature progress to support timely delivery
