Roles and Responsibilities OpportunityWork with worlds best companies to setup their cloud and big data architecture and create the largest of the largest data consumption layer using Kyvos platformAssist Kyvos customers get the best out of Kyvos platform and help them execute fastest BI queries and accelerate the organizations decision makingWork with worlds best engineers to solve challenging cloud and big data ecosystem problems Provide highest standard of service experience to the cloud and big data customers of KyvosAdhere to SLAs in completing responsive and scheduled tasksRoleEngineers will:Work with highly technical teams of Fortune 100 or most modern data architecture customers in the US Evaluate cloud and big data preparedness of the customersSetup Cloud clusters with pre-requisite configurations using automated scripts or manuallySetup Kyvos Platform on Cloud using installers and monitor configurationsFine Tune the complete cloud cluster for the best performance and optimized costStudy new releases and developments in Cloud environments (all of AWS, Azure and GCP) to predict compatibility impact and to make improvementsMeticulously plan and execute upgrades to Kyvos platformAuthor and review SOPs
