As an IT Support Engineer at Clear-Trail Technologies, you will be responsible managing the server room and assistance to our employees. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Roles and Responsibilities Server & Hardware ManagementInstall, configure, and maintain physical servers, storage devices, and networking hardware.Perform regular system health checks, backups, and patch updates.Monitor rack space, cabling, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow). Monitoring & TroubleshootingMonitor server performance, uptime, and availability using monitoring tools.Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and connectivity issues.Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement/repairs.Access & SecurityEnsure physical and logical security of server room equipment.Manage user access rights and implement strict entry protocols.Maintain compliance with IT security policies and audits.
