Job Title : Lead-Technical Support

Job Role: Lead- Infrastructure Implementation and Support, Software and Hardware Infrastructure Implementation and Support

Experience: 9 to 11 years of experience in the role of Software and Hardware Infrastructure Implementation and Support

Education: BE (IT/Computers), MCA

Work Location: Indore, Noida 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deployment of infrastructure architecture (servers, storage, virtualization, networks).
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure deployment and support (servers, operating systems, Linux, Kubernetes, virtualization, cluster setup).
• Hands-on experience with operating systems (Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and basic application support.
• Experience handling large customers and providing remote support (OS, K8s)
• Strong understanding of databases and multi-tier application workflows.
• Experience in deploying and supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Creation of HLD, LLD
