About the Role:As a Senior Manager-Legal/ Director-Legal at, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters on a global scale. This includes providing legal counsel to executive leadership, and ensuring that the company operates within the bounds of all applicable laws and regulations, managing intellectual property (IP) rights to protect and leverage an organizations innovations, creations, and brand assets and legal compliancesRoles & Responsibilities:Legal Advice:Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to executive leadership on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiations, intellectual property, compliance, and risk managementCorporate Governance:Manage and oversee all corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory mattersPolicy Development:Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsContracts & Agreements:Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts and agreementsRisk Management:Handle all legal disputes and litigation, including managing external legal counsel as neededEmployment Law: Handle employment law issues and provide guidance on HR policies.External Liaison:Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authoritiesTraining: Provide training on legal matters to staff across different regions and stay informed of all relevant changes to laws and regulations that could impact the company and advise executive leadership accordinglyRole Details & QualificationsDesignation:Senior Manager-Legal/Director-LegalLocation:IndoreExperience: Minimum 12-15 years of legal experience with at-least 5 years in a leadership a leadership or management roleEducation: Minimum of bachelors degree in law (masters-preferred) from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in at least one jurisdictionStrong knowledge of global legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the technology industryExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersProven track record of effectively driving successful legal initiativesFlexible to work in partnership with businesses across various time zonesIf you are a dynamic and forward-thinking legal professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, then we encourage you to apply for the Director-Legal position at ClearTrail Technologies.
